Concept & Design
This is where Altuno's architectural and interior design expertise comes to the fore. We develop the spatial concept in close dialogue with you — testing massing, materials and atmosphere until the vision is unmistakable. Every room is resolved. Every threshold is considered. Nothing is left to chance.

Plan & Coordinate
Design must be buildable. This phase translates the design vision into precise construction documentation and a rigorous project programme. We coordinate structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing disciplines — ensuring every trade knows exactly what to do and when.
Amrita leads this phase, applying her architectural precision to project management. Nothing slips through the cracks.

Build & Handover
The studio takes full ownership of delivery. Our project management team is on site daily — coordinating trades, resolving issues in real time and ensuring the finished space matches the design with no compromises. We manage the furniture installation and final styling ourselves.
Handover is not the end of the relationship. We stay available for any post-completion snagging and are always ready to return for the next phase.

Things clients often ask.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary significantly by project type and scale. A home renovation might take 3–5 months; a new build 12–24 months. We agree a detailed programme with every client before work begins, and hold to it.
Do you work across India or only in Delhi?
We are based in New Delhi but regularly work across India. We have delivered projects in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Chandigarh and beyond. Geography is not a constraint.
Can you handle both the design and build?
Yes — this is exactly how we prefer to work. Our turnkey model means you have a single contract with a single team responsible for design, planning and delivery. It removes the most common source of cost overruns and delays.
Can I engage you for brand design or web only?
Absolutely. Alt Uno Digital and Alt Uno Experience operate as standalone services — you don't need to be a construction client to work with our digital and brand teams. Many of our clients found us through our architecture work, but the services are fully independent.
What is your typical fee structure?
We work on both fixed-fee and percentage-of-project-cost structures depending on the engagement type. We are transparent about our fees from the first conversation and will never move the goalposts.
